Hara Cohen, owner of Commit to Be Fit, is an ACE (American Council on Exercise) Certified Personal Trainer. Hara assists her clients to increase mobility and flexibility and improve strength and cardiovascular endurance through stretches and exercises that mimic the body's natural movements including bending, hinging, rotating, pulling, pushing and ambulating.

Hara employs methodologies such as HIIT (high intensity interval training) as well as repetition based training to customize a program for each of her clients based on their current fitness levels and short and long term goals.
